Congratulations to our sweet Southwestern gal, Amanda, from Mesa, Arizona. Voting was neck-and-neck with Miss Kel all month long, but in the end, Amanda edged her out by a nose (or perhaps by a high heel). Maybe it’s true that blondes do have more fun. All we know is, it sure is fun having classy gals like the lovely Amanda around to make the world a brighter place.
